d) Cookies
Data is gathered and saved via this website for marketing and optimisation purposes. From this data, user profiles will be created under the use of pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are saved in the website visitor’s browser cache memory. Cookies facilitate recognition of the internet browser. Unless the affected party has given their express consent, the data collected in this way shall not be used to personally identify visitors to this website or added to personal data via the pseudonym carrier. Consent to any future data collection and saving can be revoked form Arber at any time.

e) Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘Cookies’, text files that are saved to your computer and facilitate analysis of your website use. The information gathered by the Cookie files about your use of the website is generally sent by Google to a server in the USA and saved there. As we have activated IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google before leaving the European Union or European Economic Area. In exceptional cases, an IP address may be sent to the USA before being shortened. At our request, Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to create website activity reports and carry out further website use and internet use services on our behalf. The IP address transferred from your browser by Google Analytics will not be linked with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of Cookies at any time by changing the relevant settings in your browser. However, we must inform you that you may not be able to full use all website functions if you do so. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data about your use of the website (including your IP address) from the Cookie files by downloading and installing the plug-in available here:
f) Facebook ‘Like’ Plug-In
The Facebook ‘Like’ plug-in is integrated into this website. You can recognise this from the blue Facebook logo and the ‘Like’ button. The plug-in is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2 Ireland, represented by Marc Andreesen, Jim Breyer, Donald Graham, Peter Thiel, and Mark Zuckerberg, and is directly linked to Facebook servers. Data is not transferred to the website operator.
As soon you you see the plug-in, it collects, uses and transfers data to Facebook - independently of this website - to the scope and purposes outlined in Facebook’s data protection guidelines, which can be found here: (including data concerning your visit to this website). If you actively use the plug-in (click on the ‘Like’ button), this information is sent to Facebook and used there.
The nature, scope and purpose of the collected data depend on whether you are registered with and/or logged into Facebook. Data will only be assigned to your account if you are logged into Facebook during your visit. This means that you should log out of Facebook before visiting our website if you would like to prevent your website visit being linked with your personal Facebook account. Facebook processes the collected data in accordance with their data protection guidelines, and may do so in third party states.
You can find answers to the most frequently asked questions concerning plug-in data protection here:
